The AIA Delaware Design Awards Program celebrates the power of exceptional architecture to shape communities, enrich lives, and elevate the built environment. Held biennially, the program recognizes outstanding achievements in architectural design by licensed architects while honoring the visionary clients and collaborative project teams whose partnerships make these accomplishments possible. Through these awards, AIA Delaware reaffirms its commitment to design excellence and showcases the innovation, creativity, and lasting impact of architecture across Delaware and beyond.
Schedule
While the Design Awards Program is traditionally held biennially, the committee is currently evaluating the program to ensure it continues to reflect the highest standards of excellence and relevance. As a result of this thoughtful review, the next awards cycle is anticipated to take place in 2027.
