Architecture Week celebrates the profession of architecture and invites everyone - especially K-12 students - to explore architecture and design. We all play key roles in educating and inspiring the next generation of architects. Let's build the pipeline together.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Together with The American Institute of Architects, we promote architecture as a vital and popular career option for students who express interest in drawing, creating, building, and problem-solving. Starting early is key.

Reach out to share your idea and start a conversation about how you'd like to lead a component event or shape programming during Architecture Week (held annually the week of April 15th).

Other ways to get involved

  • Invite students to visit your firm or organization.
  • ​Volunteer in a local school during Architecture Week. Use AIA/ASLA's Plug & Play toolkit for classroom activities >​
  • Sign up with local organizations such as ACE Mentor or Project Pipeline to volunteer in a future activation.
  • Become a mentor to students as they transition from ACE Mentor to a college architecture program. Apply here >
