AIA Delaware has the Kaplan 4.0 ARE Study Materials available for members to check out.
The Study Materials are provided free to all current Associate members who are studying for the Architects
Registration Exam.

Instructions for ARE Study Materials Check Out:

Contact AIA
Delaware via phone at 302-654-9817 or via e-mail at
director@aiadelaware.org to confirm the availability of the
materials you wish to check out and the desired week you wish to
check out material.

You will
receive confirmation of your request within two (2) business
days; and arrangements will be made to have the materials ready
for your pick up.

At the appointed pick up time, bring your security deposit of $50 per item
(i.e., Study Guide Book, Question & Answers Book, Flashcard Pack, etc.) to 220 W. 9th Street,
Wilmington, DE 19801. The security deposit can be made via personal or corporate check or credit card
through Visa or Mastercard.

All materials must be returned one (1)
week following the date of pick up (unless other arrangements are made with AIA Delaware)..

If you abide by
the “Agreement for Checking Out KAPLAN ARE Study Materials” and
return the materials undamaged, your security deposit check will
be returned to you (or your credit card will not be charged).
If you know of colleagues planning to take the exams who are not Associate
members of AIA Delaware, please let them know that it could be much less expensive to study for the
exam as an AIA Delaware Associate Member than to buy all the study materials on their own.
