SHOW HOURS
Set-up: 7-9 a.m. , Thursday, October 20, 2005. Exhibit Hall opens for registration: 9:30 a.m. Show hours: 9:30-11 a.m. ; 12:30-1:30 p.m. , with scattered lunch in Exhibit Hall; 3:30-4:30 p.m. , during workshop break, with coffee/sodas/snacks and major door-prize drawing; and 5:30-7 p.m. , during cocktail reception for the Design Awards Banquet. Teardown: 7:30-11 p.m. of the same day.

SPACE RATE
Exhibit booths are $750 each, with 60 booths available. Booth size: 8 feet x 8 feet. Each booth includes draped 8-foot-high backwalls, 3-foot-high sidewalls, one 6-foot skirted table and two chairs. Each exhibitor receives two lunch tickets and two break tickets.

You will be contacted to determine any additional needs once AIA DE receives your registration form and payment. Booths will not be reserved or assigned without payment accompanying registration. AIA DE accepts MC/VISA for all commitments. Booth locations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors entitled to booths may bump pre-registered exhibitors for booth selection. Every attempt will be made to satisfy location requests, but final locations are at the discretion of AIA DE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and reach AIA Delaware before August 15, 2005. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of AIA DE.
